About the Presenter

Jim Murphy leads Ageless Innovation’s healthcare business and is responsible for expanding Joy for All Companion Pets’ footprint as an approved nontraditional intervention for older adults who are lonely, socially isolated or living with cognitive impairment, such as Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. Prior to joining Ageless Innovation, Jim was Vice President Innovation @ UnitedHealthcare where he was responsible for the planning and execution of innovation initiatives with the organization’s largest partner, AARP. Under his supervision, the organizations collaborated on a portfolio of projects that tackled domains such as caregiving, in-home care, social isolation/loneliness, and Alzheimer’s/dementia support. Jim also serves on the Board of Directors for the National Alliance for Caregiving.
