Nicole spent most of her professional career as a business lawyer before shifting focus and becoming a certified mediator, a conflict coach, and a Certified Senior Advisor®. She is a member of the Association of Conflict Resolution and the American Bar Association and has given many educational presentations about elder mediation to nonprofits and private care providers.
