This session will address key areas such as navigating healthcare, advance care planning, building strong support systems, and combatting isolation.

Ailene will highlight strategies for professionals to collaborate with independent patient and healthcare advocates, as well as other key experts, to help solo agers create a secure and fulfilling future. Attendees will also gain insight into programs and resources designed to support solo agers in their communities. The presentation will conclude with an interactive discussion, providing an opportunity for questions and shared insights.
