Call for Speakers
Thank you for your interest in submitting a proposal to present a breakout session at the 2025 CSA Conference, hosted by the Society of Certified Senior Advisors. The event will take place from Friday, August 22, to Sunday, August 24, 2025, at the Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor in Baltimore, Maryland.
Proposals are due by Friday, January 31st.

The CSA Conference program features the following general "tracks": Finance & Insurance, Health Care & Home Care, Aging Trends, and Business Development.
The FINANCE & INSURANCE program track will feature sessions that appeal both to professionals working in the finance/insurance industries and to all professionals seeking a broader understanding of these topics to understand what impact they can have on senior clients.
The HEALTH CARE & HOME CARE program track features sessions designed to inform participants and explore new issues related to all aspects of health care and caregiving. Sessions can be on a wide variety of topics in the health care/home care industries and will be applicable to all professionals. Sessions will explore new concepts, address common and emerging issues, and identify best practices.
The AGING TRENDS program track features sessions that provide information relevant to a wide range of topics, including emerging technologies, legal and public policy issues, social and lifestyle issues, business, and other trending issues. Sessions will relate to senior-specific concepts and issues, but may have a broader scope than other tracks.
New for 2025: the BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT track will feature sessions designed to help participants learn ways to develop, manage, and market their businesses serving older adults and their families. This can include presentations on business management and development, marketing, and sales. This track is on Friday afternoon, August 22.
The CSA Conference Program Committee is looking for session proposals in all tracks for the following session types:
- Breakout Session: 50 minute presentation or panel discussion
- Plenary Session: one 55-60 minute presentation on Sunday morning (if you submit a breakout session, you can indicate if you would like to be considered for the Sunday Plenary Session)
Please note:
- All Breakout Session speakers are required to cover their own costs for attending the CSA Conference. Speakers are able to attend the full three days of the conference at the reduced speaker registration rate which includes access to all sessions as well as meals, receptions, and events throughout the conference.
- The Program Committee will consider Breakout Session proposals when making the selection of the Plenary presentation. You will be able to indicate in your responses if you would like your proposal to be considered for this option.
- IMPORTANT: Speakers for the CSA Conference agree to provide educational sessions and will not present sessions that are strictly promotional. Business products and services may be mentioned within sessions, but only as a component of an educational session.
- All sessions must be provided in person; no virtual speakers will be permitted.
